We flew on Flight 1777 from PHI to STL on Sept. 13. We had TSA approved locks on our luggage. We flew to Glasgow, Scotland, back to PHL, and then to STL. Our bags were fine over to Scotland and Back to PHL, but when we picked them up at STL, they were the only ones on the luggage carosel, the locks were gone, and the bags had been “rifled through”. I am very disappointed in AA. I made my reservations in May 2019 so I would have the flight schedule that suited my needs. I did not receive notification that my flight was cancelled until the day of. I picked a time that was close to my original plan and tried to book and It was already booked. So I am leaving tomorrow and not getting in until 11:00PM. I am very unhappy and doubt I will fly AA again
We are flying American Airlines tomorrow morning and have one bag we would like to check. 1. How much is it to check one bag? We have tried to pay for it on line but have been unsuccessful in doing this.
2. Can we pay when we get to the airport?
3. Is it more expensive that way?
